Well it has been a while since I did a post and I know, I promised that I would do more posts about Real Estate. I've been real busy lately leaning new things about Real Estate, especially when my state is in a down market. Its okay, I like a down market...it's like every house is on sale. On a positive note it's a great time for investors to pickup houses at a low price. Well what if you're not an investor, but a first time home buyer? Its okay, you can still buy a house just be careful on what type of mortgage you get. Make sure you do allot of research before you make a purchase.
