If you’re a student in Real Estate and I know a few of you are. The novice investor is very prone to making a few mistakes, but hey…we can learn from our mistakes right? I sure hope so, but it’s even better to learn from another person’s mistakes. When going into Real Estate investing you have to do your homework and learn as much as you can so you minimize the risk of screwing up a good deal.
